When I first met Paul and Katie, my Alphalpha was just a twinkle in their eyes - a picture on their website of their recent purchases. Yes I am saying that I bought a used car without seeing it, getting in it, driving it, looking under the bonnet or kicking any tyres. If you join the ‘family’ facebook group, meet them, message them, talk to them about Alphards, then you’ll understand why. No question is too daft or too complex for them to take the time to answer. And 3 years of MOTs and services confirm that they got me a great motor!

So comfortable to drive and the conversion surpassed my expectations. Amazing people to deal with even 2 years down the line!

If you are worried about who to get your Alphie from don't. New Acre is absolutely great and 5 years later I can still phone Paul and ask questions nothing is too much trouble!

They do more for you than the others and they are the real deal with the truth, I have a Vellfire from them and love it!

Fantastic service from new acre. Had an LPG system installed and was very happy with it. Has been faultless. I also had a door cable replaced and my Alphard undersealed I'll be travelling from Essex to visit them for a MOT and service when it's due. Again i would highly recommend them

We spent a few hours with Paul at New Acre Cars June 2019,having just sold our Bongo which had served us well for 14 years,we needed something a bit better,reliability,just a bit bigger,and most importantly great after sales service and knowledge.
Having done our homework we choose three companies to visit over a week,and then make a decision.Paul was our first,and the only dealer we needed to meet.Giving us his undivided attention and knowledge for over three hours,we chose our 3.0 Alphard,arranged for under sealing and a tow bar,and drove back to Leeds feeling very happy with ourselves.We collected in September and have been smiling ever since.

Amazing!! I have purchased many vehicles over the years but I have never had an experience with a car dealer like this!!!!
It started with a lengthy phone call where I set out exactly what I was looking for from my new family car, Paul listened to all my requirements and talked to me openly and honestly about my requests, refreshingly there was no hard sell and none of the usual car dealer spiel.
A week later we were on a 160 mile trip to see an Alphard that was supposed to tick all the boxes and it did not disappoint, again there was never any hard sell, all very relaxed and every request had been listened to resulting in me purchasing an Alphard with every option I had asked for.

Paul is the undisputed Alphard king. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I must admit I am not the easiest customer, whenever I buy something that I don’t buy everyday “Like a car” I do a lot of research to understand the specs of what I am buying and more important whom I am buying it from, my objective is always to achieve the best value for money. I have been in the market for over 8 months looking for an Alphard and I have been talking to a lot of sellers, importers, traders, private sellers, I have found too many dodgy people out there and when you start asking them all the right questions about the car history, mileages, documents extras they start to be angry or just disappear. The only one who showed an outstanding confidence in his cars, he answered all the questions in all honesty, he showed me all the documents I requested, he showed a very high level of understanding to the customer’s requirements and he went above and beyond to achieve the customer’s satisfaction, that seller is Paul from New Acre Cars. Paul couldn’t have been more helpful and kept us informed at all stages of the preparation and purchase of our Alphard. The vehicle was excellent in all respects. Even now, 3 years after buying it, Paul is quite happy to answer queries about the vehicle should we need a replacement part for example. Thoroughly recommended.
